Meetings in the browser, noticed automatically.
The free Kalima extension tells the Kalima desktop app when you join a video call in a browser tab. The desktop app then asks to record or starts on its own, just as you set it up. The extension itself records nothing.
- Free for Chrome, Edge and Brave
- Ask first or record automatically
- Stops with the call, if you like
- Records nothing itself

Works with your meeting tools
Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Jitsi Meet and Whereby in a browser tab: as soon as the call connects, the desktop app knows.
You decide
In the desktop app, choose whether Kalima asks before recording or starts on its own, and which apps it should ignore.
Ends with the call
When the meeting ends, the desktop app can stop the recording for you, so no take keeps running by accident.
Records nothing itself
The extension only checks whether a call is connected. It reads no content, names or messages and never touches audio or video. The recording is made by the desktop app.
Stays on your computer
It talks only to the Kalima desktop app on the same computer and sends nothing to a server. No bot joins the call.
Set up in two steps
Install the Kalima desktop app, then add the extension from the Chrome Web Store. From then on, both work together on the same computer.
