Kalima AI Studio turning a raw meeting transcript into a structured summary with action items and chat

The summary's ready

Turn the transcript into a structured overview with key points, decisions, and action items. Switch between summary views, regenerate after transcript edits, and keep the result with the session.

Ask anything

Ask questions about one session and receive answers grounded in that transcript. Use AI Chat to find a quote, decision, objection, or topic without replaying the full recording.

Straight to your notes

Export an AI summary as Markdown or copy the parts you need into your existing workflow. Speaker labels and transcript context remain available when you want to verify a point.

Correct repeated mistakes

Mark names, terminology, speaker labels, punctuation, or other transcript issues with AutoCorrect+. Resolve each item manually or with AI, dismiss it, or apply the same fix across repeated matches.

A useful title automatically

Kalima can create a session title from the transcript, making completed meetings easier to recognize in your history and search. You can still edit the title when your own naming convention is better.

Read a line aloud

Use Read Aloud for any transcript or translation line, select the text you want to hear, and adjust playback speed. It is useful when you need to check wording without replaying the original recording.

Questions, answered

The things people ask most before they start.

Kalima can generate a structured summary when recording stops, with an overview, topics, decisions, and action items drawn from the transcript. If you later correct the transcript, regenerate the summary so it reflects the updated wording. Summary options and model quality depend on your plan and available AI quota, which the app shows before use.
Yes. AI Chat works over the transcript for one session and keeps its conversation history with that session. Ask for a quote, decision, topic, or moment and use the answer to navigate the record. The chat is grounded in the available transcript, so missing audio or an incorrect transcript can also affect the answer.
AutoCorrect+ helps you mark names, domain terms, punctuation, speaker labels, and other transcription issues. You can resolve a mark manually, ask AI for a correction, dismiss it, or apply the same fix to repeated matches. Session context and transcription hints can also help Kalima expect important names and terminology before you record.
Yes. A summary can be available to viewers of a shared session when your sharing settings allow it, and you can export the summary as Markdown for notes or follow-up work. Review sensitive content before sharing. The underlying transcript remains the source, so recipients can check the meeting context when they also have access to the session.
AI features are metered through the quota included with your plan. Summaries, chat, AutoCorrect+, automatic titles, and Read Aloud can use different allowances or limits. Check the usage area before a large batch of work. When a quota is reached, Kalima shows the relevant limit and when it resets or what options are available.
Start with the AI Features Overview in the Kalima Help Center. From there, open the separate guides for AI Summaries, AI Chat, AutoCorrect+, and Read Aloud. They explain setup, limits, sharing, exports, language behavior, and troubleshooting. The AI Feature Issues guide covers access checks, quotas, stuck summaries, chat errors, and read-aloud problems.
AI Chat is grounded in the transcript of the session you open. It is designed to answer from that meeting rather than search unrelated account data or the public web. This makes the answer easier to verify against the recorded words, but it also means incomplete audio, missing segments, or transcript errors can limit the result. Check important claims in the transcript before using them.
Yes. When you edit names, terms, speaker labels, or other transcript text, generate the summary again so it uses the corrected record. The new result can reflect cleaner wording and more reliable attribution, while the previous transcript edits remain in the session. Review the regenerated decisions and action items before sending them to people who were not in the meeting.
