Compare Kalima plans and understand what each includes.
Kalima offers five plans: Free, Plus, Pro, Team, and Enterprise. This lets you match what you pay to how much you transcribe and which features you need. This page compares every plan, explains monthly versus annual billing, and shows you how to upgrade.
The five plans at a glance
Free gives you 120 minutes (2 hours) per week with no card required, so you can test transcription and live translation. Plus, at 12.49 EUR per month, adds more minutes, longer sessions, larger uploads, and desktop meeting detection for regular users. Pro, at 21.99 EUR per month, raises the weekly minutes further and adds enhanced AI translation and premium AI models. Team, at 29.99 EUR per seat, includes everything in Pro plus collaboration, custom branding, and per-seat billing. Enterprise has custom pricing and adds unlimited limits, SSO, and priority support for larger organizations.
Pricing
All plans are priced in EUR. Paid plans can be billed monthly or annually, and paying annually lowers your effective monthly price by roughly 17%.

Use the Monthly / Annual toggle on the Pricing page to compare both options. Annual is a single up-front charge for the year rather than twelve separate monthly charges, and the savings badge is calculated live from current prices.

Every plan, including Free, includes AI summaries and standard live translation, exports in PDF / TXT / SRT / VTT, and desktop system-audio capture. Higher plans simply give you more of each allowance, enhanced AI translation, and the team and enterprise features above.
Recording minutes vs. AI quotas
Two different meters run on your account, and it helps to keep them separate:
- Included transcription minutes are the recording (and upload) time your plan grants each week. They reset weekly and are used before any prepaid credits. When they run low you can top up with credits instead of upgrading.
- AI quotas (summaries, chat messages, AutoCorrect+ fixes) are separate weekly caps. Hitting one pauses only that feature until the next reset or an upgrade, and your recording is unaffected. Automatic session titles are free on every plan and are not one of these caps. See AI usage & limits for the full breakdown.
All weekly allowances reset every Monday (00:00 UTC).
Choosing the right plan
Start on Free to try real-time transcription and live translation with 120 minutes a week and no card. Move to Plus when you want longer sessions, bigger uploads, and desktop meeting detection.
Not sure whether you need a bigger plan or just more recording time? If you occasionally run past your weekly minutes but otherwise fit your plan, prepaid credits are usually cheaper than upgrading. If you regularly hit AI or upload quotas, upgrade.
How to upgrade or change plans
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the current period, charged right away. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current features until then. You can also pause or cancel anytime from the Billing dashboard; see Managing your subscription.

Across the paid plans, annual billing lowers your effective monthly price by about 17%. For example, Plus is 124.99 EUR per year, which works out to roughly 10.42 EUR per month versus 12.49 EUR billed monthly. The exact percentage is calculated from current prices and shown on the billing toggle.
You pay for each team member who has active access. Add or remove members anytime and billing adjusts automatically. People who join a session by share link as viewers do not count as seats. See Billing & seats.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, and you can preview the proration before confirming. Downgrades apply at the end of your current period so you don't lose access mid-cycle.

Recording pauses when your included minutes and any prepaid credits are used up. You can buy prepaid credits to keep going without changing plans, or upgrade for a larger weekly allowance.
