Kalima for Enterprise

Custom limits, advanced security, and dedicated support for larger organizations.

Kalima Enterprise is built for larger companies, departments, and institutions that need transcription at scale. It adds custom limits, single sign-on, dedicated support, and one organization that brings every team together under shared billing. Pricing is tailored to your organization, so you talk to our team rather than picking a fixed tier.

What Enterprise includes

Enterprise removes Kalima's usage limits: there is no weekly minute cap, no session length limit, and no upload or storage ceiling, so your organization can record and transcribe as much as it needs. You can add as many members and teams as you want, with no per-organization member cap, and apply your own custom branding (also available on the Team plan).

For the features that have their own setup, see the relevant guides below.

Note

Enterprise pricing is custom and based on your organization's size and needs. There is no fixed Enterprise price, so contact our sales team for a tailored quote.

How Enterprise compares to other plans

Every paid plan includes real-time transcription, live translation, file uploads, AI features, the Studio editor, and exports. Enterprise removes the limits and adds the security and support that larger organizations require.

Idea

Not sure whether you need Enterprise yet? The Team plan covers most collaborating teams of up to 50 members with shared billing and custom branding. Move to Enterprise when you need unlimited scale, SSO, or invoice billing.

Who Enterprise is for

Enterprise is the right fit when:

  • You have more members than the Team plan's 50-member cap, or you expect to grow well beyond it.
  • You want staff to sign in through your own identity provider so access follows your existing onboarding and offboarding.
  • Your finance team prefers invoice billing with NET-30 terms over paying by card.
  • You need predictable, unlimited usage (long sessions, large uploads, and ample storage) without watching weekly quotas.
  • You want dedicated, priority support and help getting your organization set up.

How Enterprise fits with organizations and teams

Enterprise builds on the same structure as every collaborating account in Kalima, just without the limits.

  • Organizations are the shared home for your company. An organization holds members, teams, and a shared billing setup. Enterprise can own unlimited organizations.
  • Teams sit inside an organization. Use them to group people, for example Sales, Support, or Research, and to give each team its own funding rules if needed.
  • Members and roles control who belongs to the organization and what they can manage, using the owner, admin, member, and viewer roles.
  • Workspaces and projects stay personal and per-project organization for individual members, working the same way they do on every plan.
Note

Seats are billed per active member. Owners, admins, and members each consume a billable seat; viewers do not. People who simply open a shared session by link never count as seats.

Getting started on Enterprise

1
Reach out to sales. Tell us about your organization: roughly how many people, which security needs (such as SSO), and your billing preferences.
2
Agree on a tailored plan. We put together custom limits and pricing that match your size and usage, with NET-30 invoice billing if you prefer.
3
Set up SSO and onboarding. Our team helps configure single sign-on with your identity provider and assists with getting your organization, teams, and members set up.
4
Invite your people and start transcribing. Add members and teams, configure your billing policy, and your organization is ready to go.
