Give Kalima Time or a Plan
Buy transcription time or a prepaid plan as a gift, send it by email or link, and understand how claiming works.
You can give someone prepaid transcription time or a personal Kalima plan. Choose a gift from the billing area, add an optional message, and deliver it by email or with a private claim link.
Buy and deliver a gift
Your account must be verified and at least one day old. Purchase limits may apply to protect gift payments from abuse.
Claim a gift
The recipient opens the private gift link and signs in or creates a verified Kalima account. A transcription-time gift is added to their paid balance. A plan gift starts a prepaid plan period and does not renew automatically.
If the recipient already has the same gifted plan, the gift extends it. If they already have a paid subscription or a different gifted plan, Kalima converts the gift's value to transcription time instead and shows this before the claim is completed.
Anyone who has the claim link can redeem the gift. Share it only with the intended recipient. Each gift can be claimed once.
Manage sent gifts
The gifts section shows whether a gift is available, claimed, revoked, or reversed. Before a gift is claimed, the buyer can revoke it. Kalima then returns its value to the buyer as transcription time. A claimed gift cannot be revoked from this screen.
