Usage and Content Reports
See seats and live recording time by team, and which recordings your company has by day and team. The console never shows figures for single people.
The console shows how your company uses Kalima, but only in aggregate. It never shows figures for a single person: no recording time per person, no last recording, no talk time and no rankings.
Usage
Open Usage. Owners, admins and Auditors see it; on Enterprise also custom roles with See usage.
Seats
The top of the page shows seats taken, and viewers without a seat. From 5 seat holders on, it also shows two counts for the whole company, without names:
- Active in the last 30 days
- Unused for 30 days: neither signed in nor recorded.
In a company with fewer than 5 seat holders these two counts are not shown, because they would point at people.
Live recording time
Live recording time shows billed time from live recordings for each of the last 12 months, up to and including yesterday. Choose a month to see it by team.
Rules for the team view:
- Only people who recorded in the month count, each in one team only. A person in several teams counts in the team that was created first, and a later team change does not alter the month's figures.
- Teams with fewer than 5 such people are folded into Others (folded teams and people in no team). If that group is too small, the smallest teams join it.
- If no group reaches 5 people, the page shows only the total.
- Recording times show the state at midnight last night, German time.
Uploaded files are not part of these figures yet.
Choose Export as CSV to download the figures. The CSV also lists each team's cost center.
Content
Open Content. Only owners and admins see it.
The list shows which recordings your company has, with two columns only: the day it was Recorded and the Team it is in. The team is the team workspace a recording lies in. You can filter by team and choose Export as CSV.
- Recordings in teams with fewer than 5 people and recordings in no team are listed as Others. If that group would have fewer than 5 people, the smallest teams join it.
- Recordings in the trash are not in this list.
- Recordings of suspended people stay with the company.
The content list never shows who made a recording, titles, contents, length or size.
The console never shows the content of recordings. Admins read only what is shared with them or placed in a team workspace of a team they are in. See Teams.
